Estrogen Entrée with a Side of Balls
Estrogen Entree with a Side of Balls is a unique take on stand up comedy. Four women and one gay guy as an honorary woman served up with one male on the side. The show has been running in the SF area for over a year and is now playing to sold out rooms at the Punch Line SF. Estrogen has made its LA premier at the LA IMPROV COMEDY FEST and is a regular attraction at Inside Jokes Comedy Club at The Historic Grauman’s Chinese Theatre (now TCL Chinese Theatre) on Hollywood Blvd garnering rave reviews! Developed by the hilarious Tuesday Thomas, the show includes the best stand up comics in the Bay Area and LA, trivia and prizes, and the most fun you'll have outside of a bag of feral cats!
Tuesday Thomas your host and co producer is a student of the world, and the world is a harsh teacher. Through her travels, she has learned the hard way that the Deep South isn’t worth living in, her ex-husbands aren’t worth marrying, and that laughter is sometimes pretty good medicine. She now lives in Los Angeles, where she is an odd fish in an even odder pond. She would like to be able to say she doesn’t suffer fools. But, unfortunately, she does. Daily. Instead of airing her frustrations on an individual basis, she figured it would save time to just become a standup comic. Tuesday is also an actress and can be seen in the upcoming films "All The Others Were Practice" and " Diary of a Teenage Girl”, on TV in “Supreme Justice” and “Social Status,” and performing her stand up or one woman show “Ordinary World” in NYC, LA, and all over the Bay Area, or standing next to a fountain talking to pigeons.
Laura Franzese co-producer is a San Francisco based comic. Her observational humor borderlines quirky and strange: from penguins watching documentaries about Morgan Freeman to hydrogen and oxygen molecules having a three-way, there is no telling what she will say next. She has performed to sold-out rooms at The World Famous Comedy Store in Hollywood, Gotham Comedy Club in NYC, The Punch Line and Cobb's Comedy Club. She has told jokes alongside Jim Gaffigan, Laurie Kilmartin (CONAN) and ANT. She despises writing in the third person.
Sam DiSalvo grew up in Reno, Nevada. It was there she honed her skills as a comedian and once won a keg for telling jokes about Dilbert. After casino lights lost their luster and Dilbert fans faded from the audience, Sam made her big move to San Francisco and was once called "brave" and "maybe too honest" by her mother and close friends.
Journey Roberts is new to performing stand up and living in the city of San Francisco. In her free time she tries to out think jokes and meter maids.
Jesús “You Betta Work” Fuentes The “Honorary Woman” has had the pleasure of rocking out with Oakland's Tourettes Without Regrets at first as the SLAM contest winner and, thereafter, as a featured comedian. In San Francisco, Jesús has worked it with the fabulousness of comedy events such as Comedy at the SupperClub with True Hustle Entertainment, The Rock n Roll Comedy Jam, The Hella Gay Comedy showcases, the Vice Principals of Comedy, and featured for the SF Queer Open Mic. Jesús recently competed in the Killer Laughs Comedy Competition where, unfortunately, he didn't meet the top four in order to advance to the next round. But, he came out a winner nonetheless because despite that he didn't meet the top four, Jesús did meet 4 tops! You betta work!
Katy Weingarten is the Mom of a Jewish Cocker Spaniel named Dr. Morty Squiggman. People have told her that he looks like a Muppet and so does she. As a practicing Dichotomist, Katy's belt and purse always match and her socks never do. Being from Wisconsin, she eats red meat and dairy yet doesn't like chicken or arugula. Katy has performed in New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles at clubs including Gotham Comedy Club, Bonkerz, and The Comedy Store.
Sharon Birzer is a standup comic from Albany, Georgia. Both her mom and dad were in the Navy and she joined the Navy in 1981 before the ink was dry on her high school diploma. She spent the 1980s fighting the Cold War. After leaving the Navy she worked a multitude of jobs with no particular life goal in mind. Eventually she returned to school, attending the University of Hawaii, Kent State University, and Western States Chiropractic College. She graduated in 2000 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. The modern day equivalent of a witch doctor, she is constantly looking out for the spineful and spineless. After school she pursued a number of interesting jobs to keep the lights on and currently operates as a Quality Assurance professional at a blood bank in San Francisco. Her comedy is based on her adventures interacting with people, private personal thoughts (aka her mystique), and her relationship with her younger partner, the Child Bride. Think Sharon Birzer for your comedy needs!
Priyanka "the Doc" Wali is an up and rising comedienne who performs routinely around comedy clubs and seedy lounges throughout the Bay Area. Tonight is her first debut at the Punch Line. She is thrilled to be a part of Estrogen Entree not only because she is hilarious, but because knows a lot about estrogen as a biological medicine. She is a resident physician in Internal Medicine (yes, a real doctor!) here in San Francisco. This allows her to pay her bills while she struggles as an artist. Don't worry, guys, for now, she is keeping her day job.

Mark Smalls as “The Man” could be one of the funniest comics you'll see that night. Some people have even called him the best 27 year old white male comic hailing from the Bay Area that still lives with his mother, that's named Mark. In addition to the funnies he has also been a top competitor in Nickelodeon Guts and Legends of the Hidden Temple. Sliver snakes, bro. Mark's material ranges from adult themed humor to themed adult humor and even touches on today's society of adult themes. He's not one to miss!
